Delivery and Returns
We deliver our Products All over Dubai. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 15 and will be mentioned on the checkout page as well. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details. Delivery will be made within 1-2 working days
We strive to offer the best discounted rates possible due to which any delivery charges that are incurred for the delivery of your shopping are simply those passed on from our couriers that help us get your purchases delivered straight to your door.
Considering the cost of fuel, parking and any other costs related to shopping in store incurred by a customer, delivering your products is an economical option and the best price offered by our delivery partners.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the products were damaged or the wrong product was delivered. Please notify us and return the products in their original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or exchange with another product. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Customer will bear the shipping costs related to returns and exchange of products
Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to email us your refund request stating your order ID and delivery address. Please make sure to provide the reason for refund in detail as this will help us to speed up the process
In the case of not enough information being provided, a member of our Customer Support team will be in touch with you as soon as possible to receive the required details
We will ship you a ‘Refund Packing Kit’ which will contain all the necessary material and documentation you will need to ship your item back to us
The item must be shipped within 7 days of the date of purchased for the refund to qualify
Please note that you will have to ship your item in the original packaging in the exact same condition as it was delivered along with all the associated invoices. Failure to provide any documentation will result in the refund request being rejected
Once we receive the item it will be subject to our internal inspection for quality, condition and documentation, after which you will be notified whether your refund request has been accepted or otherwise
Upon receiving notification of your request being accepted, the order amount will be refunded back to your payment method within 10 - 15 workings days
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
